…About Kevin
I grew up in Western New York in small house with my parents and older sister. Growing up was very active and spent most of my time outside playing sports and riding bikes. Looking back, I had a childhood much like the perfect family’s on T.V. My father worked as a machinist and my mother stayed home until I was old enough to go to school. When I was four years old, I met my best friend, Daryl whom I am still very close to. Daryl and I were inseparable most of our childhoods, so much so that my family even took him on vacation with us one year. I started playing ice hockey when I was 6 years old. I played organized hockey through high school and have played in various men’s leagues on and off since.
I have not always traveled traditional paths, often opting to do things my own way. I have owned my own business, worked as computer technician, and was a graphic designer, all before getting my first college degree. I decided to go back to school when I was in my early 20’s and have gone on to receive a Bachelors Degree in Computer Information Systems and a Masters Degree in Business Administration. I currently work for a technology company as a sales engineer. In my job, I get to talk to different companies and government organizations about how to use technology to solve their business problems.
My life has turned out very different from anything I ever expected. In some ways, it is much better. I have been much more successful in my career that I could have ever imagined. I have also been very blessed with great friendships, many of which are more than 10 years strong. And, as I am sure you know from what you have read so far, I have an absolutely awesome and beautiful wife who I love with all my heart. Stacy supports me in everything I do and she is the reason I have had such great success. I have always wanted children but we have never been able to conceive. Not being able to become a family has been the biggest disappointment in my life and we are hoping for a baby to adopt to make our life complete.
